When you download and use Ping Pong Scoreboard, we do not require, collect, or store any of the following:
- No registration or accounts (no email, usernames, or passwords required).
- No contact info or identifiers are transmitted to us (no phone numbers, IP tracking, or device identifiers).
- No search history, usage data, or diagnostic data.
- No device identifier metrics.
2. Zero Third-Party Advertising & Tracking
We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, marketing tags, or analytic tracking suites (such as Google Analytics or Facebook SDK). Your matches, scoring speeds, and usage histories remain entirely private.
3. Device Services & Permissions
Our app requires specific device permissions to deliver premium features, but these inputs never leave your physical device:
- WatchConnectivity: Used to synchronize active scoring parameters in real-time between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch.
- AVAudioSession (Audio & Vocal Referee): Used to announce score increments vocally like a real umpire. Background audio states are managed locally and are never recorded or logged.
- System Haptics: Provides tactile vibrations to confirm tap events on iOS and watchOS devices.
4. Offline-First Infrastructure
All custom configurations, optional player names, and scoring tables are stored locally inside the application's sandbox. The app operates fully without an active internet connection.
