By accessing this website, or by downloading or using Wealth Compass for iPhone or Mac, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or the apps.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The Wealth Compass source code is published under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. It is source-available, not open source: the licence permits use, modification and redistribution for noncommercial purposes, and grants no commercial licence. Its full text governs what you may do with the code, and it sits at the root of the project repository.

The iPhone and Mac apps are downloaded from the App Store free of charge. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription.

The materials on this website and the Wealth Compass software are provided on an 'as is' basis. Simone Mattioli makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Wealth Compass does not provide financial advice. Every figure it shows is arithmetic over data you entered, combined with prices and exchange rates fetched from third-party providers, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Projections are illustrations, not forecasts, and decisions about your money remain yours.

In no event shall Simone Mattioli or his suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Wealth Compass or the materials on this website.
