How do I back up my data?
Because SafeSpot is strictly local-only and has no cloud component, your data is backed up when you perform a full device backup to iCloud or your computer. We do not sync your items to our servers.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Since we don't have servers, we cannot recover your data. If you have an iCloud or local computer backup of your entire iPhone, restoring your new device from that backup will restore your SafeSpot data.
Can you see what I store in SafeSpot?
Absolutely not. We have no analytics, no backend, and no crash reporters. Your data never leaves the secure sandbox on your iPhone.
What is Discreet Mode?
Discreet Mode is a privacy feature you can enable in settings. It masks the names and details of items you've marked as "Private" or "Highly Private" in your list and search results until you specifically authenticate via Face ID to view them.
