By downloading or using the SafeSpot application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by SafeSpot, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

4. Data Loss & Liability

SafeSpot is a local-only application designed to help you remember where you put physical items. We do not backup your data remotely. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your device if the information stored within SafeSpot is critical to you.

In no event shall the developers of SafeSpot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app, your inability to use the app, or the loss of data stored solely on your device.

5. Apple App Store Terms

These terms are between you and SafeSpot, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.

6. Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
